Superb (SU) Centering
A Superb stamp has a design which is centered both vertically and horizontally, with full and equal margins.
Extra Fine (XF) Centering
An Extra Fine stamp has a design which is centered both vertically and horizontally, with visible but perhaps
unequal vertical and horizontal margins.
Very Fine (VF) Centering
A Very Fine stamp has a design which is centered either vertically or horizontally, and the design's edges
are well away from the perforations.
Fine to Very Fine (F-VF) Centering
A Fine to Very Fine stamp has a design which is centered neither vertically nor horizontally, but the design's edges
are away from the perforations.
Fine (F) Centering
A Fine stamp has a design which is very off center vertically and/or horizontally, and at least one of the design's
edges either just touch or are near the perforations.
Average (AV) Centering
An Average stamp has a design which is very off center vertically and/or horizontally, and at least one of the
design's edges are cut by the perforations.
